BIOGRAPHY
Felicia Teter (they) is a queer Black & Yakama (Indigenous) audio describer working in film, TV, theatre, and live events. Originally from the Yakama Nation, a reservation in “Washington state,” Felicia’s dedication to accessibility grows from their deep dedication to their community & their own experiences as a disabled person. They advocate for diversity in the industry because they know when people of the global majority describe their own media, their descriptions bring more than words to the work – they breathe soul into the art for their audiences.
