When you submit credits

We keep your name, your email, and what you send us. Your email stays private. It doesn’t appear on the site, and we only use it for questions about your submission. We don’t sell or share it.

The credits you send appear on the site once we add them, along with the links and bio you include. Files you upload stay private.

We use an AI tool to sort the credits you send into the directory’s format. A person checks and approves every credit before it goes live.

To protect the form from spam, we keep a scrambled code made from your internet connection’s address. It can’t be turned back into the address.

When you visit the site

The site itself doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Some pages play video from YouTube, audio from Libsyn, or link to Stripe and PayPal for contributions. Those services follow their own privacy policies.

Changes and removal

To correct or remove your credits, your profile, or anything you sent us, email admin@theadna.org. You can also use the contact page.
